    Step 1

    鸡腿洗净沥干,加入腌料拌匀腌制1小时。Wash and drain the drumsticks, add the marinade mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    烧热炸油,把粟粉及油加入鸡腿肉中拌匀,放入热油中炸至酥脆,捞出沥油备用。Mix the cornstarch and oil into the drumsticks, deep fry into the hot oil fried until crispy, remove and drained, set aside.

    Step 3

    锅中下少许油爆香蒜、姜、辣椒干和花椒粒,加入炸过的鸡腿块回锅拌炒。Add some oil in the wok and saute the garlic, ginger, dried chili and peppercorns until fragrant, add in fried drumsticks and stir fry well.

    Step 4

    加入配料B及炒香芝麻翻炒均匀即可上碟。Lastly, add in ingredients B and roasted sesame, stir fry evenly and served.
